Bug description: Some classes are having way less primary stat.

ROGUE

Warcraft log for Feyo 931 ilvl with 45,429 agilty

From buff section we can clearly see agility flask( 1300 ag), rune (325 ag) and well feed( 500 ag) for a total of 2125 agility

Substracting that from the total agility will result in 43,304 agility.

Now we are gonna subtract the agility from items in order to obtain the base agility of a character during 7.2.5 on retail.

Head and chest on that Feyo from what you can see are 925 having the same agility(2,739 ag)

Subtracting from total is 43,304 - 2,739*2 which goes for: 37,826 ag

Removing spectral of betrayal: 2,604 ag => 37,826 - 2604 = 35,222 ag

Removing waist: 2,153 ag => 35,222 - 2,153 = 33,069 ag

Removing back: 1,772 ag => 33,069 - 1,772 = 31,297 ag

Removing legs: 2,614 ag => 31,297 - 2,614 = 28,683 ag

Removing shoulders: 3,124 ag => 28,683 - 3,124 = 25,559 ag

Removing wrist: 2,343 ag => 25,559 - 2,343 = 23,216 ag

Removing trinket cof: 2066 ag =>23,216 - 2,066 = 21,550 ag

Removing hands: 2,272 ag => 21,550 - 2,272 = 19,278 ag

Removing weapon: 3,358 ag => 19,278 - 3,358 = 16,370 ag.

So this guy base agility was 16,370.
Compare to freakz base agility: https://imgur.com/a/ZRHLKN3
Which is 9031.

So there is a difference of 7,339 agility.

I can keep updating this with other classes if may be needed.
