Bug description: Some classes are having way less primary stat.

ROGUE

Warcraft log for Feyo 931 ilvl with 45,429 agilty

Log: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/ah9rK1k6BbJHjGRC#fight=2&&type=damage-done

Buffs: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/ah9rK1k6BbJHjGRC#fight=2&&type=auras&&source=9

From buff section we can clearly see agility flask( 1300 ag), rune (325 ag) and well feed( 500 ag) for a total of 2125 agility

Substracting that from the total agility will result in 43,304 agility.

Items: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/ah9rK1k6BbJHjGRC#fight=2&&type=summary&&source=9

Now we are gonna subtract the agility from items in order to obtain the base agility of a character during 7.2.5 on retail.

Head and chest on that Feyo from what you can see are 925 having the same agility(2,739 ag)

Subtracting from total is 43,304 - 2,739*2 which goes for: 37,826 ag

Removing spectral of betrayal: 2,604 ag => 37,826 - 2604 = 35,222 ag

Removing waist: 2,153 ag => 35,222 - 2,153 = 33,069 ag

Removing back: 1,772 ag => 33,069 - 1,772 = 31,297 ag

Removing legs: 2,614 ag => 31,297 - 2,614 = 28,683 ag

Removing shoulders: 3,124 ag => 28,683 - 3,124 = 25,559 ag

Removing wrist: 2,343 ag => 25,559 - 2,343 = 23,216 ag

Removing trinket cof: 2066 ag =>23,216 - 2,066 = 21,550 ag

Removing hands: 2,272 ag => 21,550 - 2,272 = 19,278 ag

Removing weapon: 3,358 ag => 19,278 - 3,358 = 16,370 ag.

So this guy base agility was 16,370.
Compare to freakz base agility: https://imgur.com/a/ZRHLKN3
Which is 9031.

So there is a difference of 7,339 agility.

I can keep updating this with other classes if may be needed.

Just out of curiosity, are you sure that the Summary Tab in a log of a character takes Flasks/Food/Aug.Runes into account when presenting the stats of said character (WarcraftLogs) ?

I tried to find an answer to that, couldn't figure it out. Asked Gingi on his stream he has no clue as well. I said subtract them since they have 100% up-time.

only for information, i don't read all the report:
- warcraftlog take in to account every buff at the beginning of the fight so also the prolonghed is considered in the total agility. i had done the same test to find the base intellect of my priest and was correct.
- you probably miss the leather specialization, is like +5% of agility

I'm trying to compare things on a few agility-based characters and I didn't know whether to take that into account or not. I'll see more about that tomorrow. So far I did a few tests on my demon hunters, which starts with the same base agility, 9031. I was able to get pretty close agility numbers when compared to other demon hunters on w.logs, but there'll inevitably be a difference of a few thousand here and there since my character is 959 and it's hard to get down to real 7.2.5. Ilvl. However, even with my 959 gear equipped (- arcanocrystal which I replaced with some random 930 agility trinket, since he has 2 agility trinkets as well) I was barely able to surpass the rogue in the log you posted. I think I only out-did him by 1000 or so, which is pretty crazy considering I have about 28 more Ilvl than him. I'll go more in-depth tomorrow though. So far it looks like a sub problem, however, rather than a global problem.

What do you mean by "missing"? Where's it missing from?

the +5% of primary stat given by leather specialization must be substracted to the total agility (45K)
so is like 45k * 0,95= 42.72k

edit: also the 949 artifact weapon that give only 3,8k agi is pretty strange

There's no need for pointless comments like this in bug reports.

If you have nothing constructive to contribute, don't comment at all.

The log does not consider buff such as concordance, or prolonged. Cause those are expiring buffs.
Plus, if u check a whatever guide on youtube like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kei7Q0zgrto and check min 3:11 you can see that his rogue has 39k agi at 924 ilvl. On my rogue I have 38k agi with 934 ilvl. (Both no flasks, no runes etc)
This kinda confirms the evident gap between freakz prio stat and retail prio stat.

It doesn't take into account prolonged. Prolonged are expiring buffs. It considers only buffs that have been permanent for the entire encounter such as flasks, food and runes.

This post explains as well the difference in terms of dps between freakz and retail.
Not a coincidence that people with 930 gear do same dps as 915 retail player on a st fight like goroth.

Check logs.

i do a lot of test for my disci priest with warcraftlogs, and when i use the intellect of different logs it counts the prolonged. That's because when the pg enter in combat he has the prolonged already activated.
besides that i don't know nothing about the rogue agility problem

Logs from retail show way more dmg for every class than we currently do ingame with more gear and better stats. Differences are from 5 to 10% in some cases, not only from agi based characters but with int based chars too. Only plate users seems to have their damage right or at least pair to logs.

Also this, i just checked on my 939 hunter with 2 major agi legos (pants and killjaeden, 4k agi ea) and 2 agi trinkets i only get to 43k agi, seems imposible to me that a 930 has 45k, 2k more than a char almost 10lvls higher.

Since the begening of the patch i've seen logs with all my characters and currently my damage is similar to those with 915-920 ilvl, even having my BISes and such.

So far no matter what class or gear I used in my testing, I haven't been able to reach the average rogue's agility. I can't get anywhere close to a rogue's agility if I equip items worth the same ilvl someone else has on retail. The only way I was able to surpass a 937 ilvl rogue's agility on freakz was on a 959 demon hunter with double agility trinkets, and with that's just a 100 agility difference. There's something clearly wrong here, either with wlogs (unlikely) or Freakz. If I put this to the test with the closest comparison I could find on retail, same legendaries/spec (difference of 1 ilvl), here are the results: http://prntscr.com/pc55sb . This is VERY noteable, because in the OP's example, the difference of agility between his character and the one he tested it against was of 7339. In my case, it's of 7104. But there's also a ~10 ilvl difference between the 2 examples, so it could be chalked up to that. This most likely points to the base agility being lower in comparison.

My powers might not last, Chloe.
That's okay -- we will. Forever...

Read the comments and you were wondering about Potion of the Prolonged Power, and yes it does count it if you use it as a prepot. Have fun.
