Crippling Poison

Bug description: The poison slows by too much in world pvp and duels. In world pvp and duels it slows by 50%, which is the same slow as in pve. It works correctly in instance pvp.

There is nothing special about Crippling Poison PvP scaling, it's like any other spell which has a different scaling in special PVP situations. If some spells get scaled in a situation, Crippling Poison will also get scaled. If not, Crippling Poison won't get scaled either. Proof other spells scale and Crippling Poison doesn't in the same situation?

When the bug was posted last year it wasnt working correctly, now its fine.
