Bug description: This trait,Blurred Time doesnt work. I tried with Curse of the dreadblades and Sprint and didnt work. But i dont think it work with any other ability.

It works. What this does is exactly what it says, cooldown expires faster. Use a stopwatch to compare the cooldown decrease, you will see that each ~10 seconds the cooldowns decreases with ~11+ seconds instead
