Bug description: Recuperate is not affected by the 1% bonus.

Proof:

With Gloves: 5% of 474k HP should be ~23700 tick. it is only default 4% ~18900

With Glyph and Gloves bonus it should be 6% of 474k HP ~28300

I can confirm this , my rogue has 556k so recuperate heals for 22,259 which is 4% out of my HP ,the glove bonus doesn't apply

I do confirm this issue and the fact that Recuperate itself is not working properly in my server, WOWZONE of curse. My rogue has got 521K , and guess what! Recuperate heals only ~10K, which it should be around 20K. With PVP Gloves bonus and the Glyph of Recuperate, (%6 of Max HP combined), it should heal around 31K.

In the recent update on my server, its healing (%4) has been fixed, but still the gloves bonus is not working.
