Bug description: Death from Above gcd is messing up the spec rotation. We should be able to get 4 globals after we land from DfA animation and press Sahdow Dance.
For some reason most of the times we can't get 4 abilties off Shadow Dance when we land from DfA.

Umm, no? The guy in the video has Time Warp, which effectively cuts 30% off of his GCD. Plus we don't know how much haste does he have.
