[REJECTED] [Rogue][Subtlety] Eviscerate and other Damaging talents and abilities do Less damage

Bug description: Subtlety Rogue abilities and talents doing less damage. I checked Eviscerate, Death from above, backstab and etc (on both dummy and pvp form) to make sure all of the damaging abilities have such problem.

Eviscerate

You can check the proof from above link @Eviscerate Lower Damage done. It only doing 344K! damage with my current stats, while it should be around 506K without Finality and 628K with finality active.
That means, the current damage we do with 6 combo point is equal with the dmg it need to do with just 3 combo point if it be fix! Its Half!.
Also u can check @Eviscerate Lower Damage done with critical strike to make sure the dmgs are with 6 combo and stable.

Death from above:

You can check the proof from above link @Death from Above Lower Damage done. Both part-one and part-two of DFA do less dmg.
With my current stat , it should do 252,330 dmg in part-one of DFA but it just dmg 171,640 as u can see in my Combat Log.

part-two of DFA: You can check my Pure Eviscerate dmg @Pure Eviscerate Damage done without Finality and other Buffs on above link. So as u can see. My Eviscerate with 6 combo point need to do 506,472 with my current stats. Also Death from Above have 50% stronger effect on eviscerate. So 506k + (506k*0.5=253) ~= 759K
But as u can see, @Death from Above Lower Damage done in my combat log, It only did 516K!

Backstab

You can check the proof from above link @Backstab Lower Damage Done. It need to do 152K dmg each time , But its around 115K currently with my current stats.

I tried to Bering my ilvl down to make the calculates easier. But with higher ilvls , this numbers make huge differences.
I'm pretty sure the other abilities have such situation as well. So would be happy to consider the whole situation.

I noticed that also ..but I cant understand why...tested 15 times on dummy and the numbers differ everytime with the same buffs ..sometimes it does the correct damage ,sometimes it doesnt ..

All of them are physical attacks, what you have on tooltip will do 30% less because of that.
