Bug description: I think the talent doesn't work, haste is still the same

Haste is not equal attack speed, that trait give attack speed.

Posting a new BUG REPORT has to follow the template you get when opening a new topic or it can be instantly rejected.

As stated above, Haste and Attack Speed are different things. Through my own testing, Wind Strikes did increase my attack speed.
