Ca mai sus...posibil sa fie bug vizual, ia-ti un addon care arata cast time si vezi daca atunci cand castezi scade sau nu.

Hasteul din character sheetul cu spells nu se updateaza, deci se poate sa fie vizual.
Cum zice tipul de mai sus, i-ati un addon gen quartz si verifica daca scade cast timeul la vreun spell.
