Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When using windfury weapon enchant on both weapons when it proc on one weapon it can proc also on another weapon but it shouldn't.
Dovada / Proof: if Windfury procs on one weapon, it will not proc off the other at the same time, potentially "wasting" proc opportunities. http://www.wowwiki.com/Windfury_Weapon

Tested mistook that proc with this bug http://forum.wow-freakz.com/Shaman-PVE-PVP-Lightning-Shield-t233024.html , they don't proc at the same time.

Windfury can, and will procc from offhand weapon. BUT! if procced from offhand weapon, timer resets and the "hidden" cooldown activates, meaning it can't procc for another minimum 3 seconds. This way its stupid to but it on both hands cause of low damage off hand proccs it, you won't get high damage from main hand. Also, without flametongue weapon lava lash damage is significantly lower, thus it's pointless to use windfury on off hand

Edit:

Tested, WF won't procc within 3 seconds after mainhand or offhand proccs it.

Only bug with windfury is its procc rate when used on main hand. I already made a topic about it, that i had to wait almost 25 seconds to get another windfury procc after one.
