Descrierea bugului / Bug description: In primul rand , atunci cand dai un shock cu talent in https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=77796&&name=focused-insight iti creste urmatorul heal cu 30% , iar dupa ce dai si https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=73680 in acelasi timp , urmatorul heal creste cu 60% in loc de 30% fapt ce avantajeaza foarte mult shamani resto , in special in momente dificile.

Stiu ca daca dai shock si dupa unleash nu ar trebui sa se stackeze, din cauza ca la use ue da heal si heal increase.De unde sti ca nu a dat unleash si dupa shock?

dap , hai sa ne luam dupa ce spune un scelerat mintal pe un forum , dasta in nici un guide pvp / pvp nu exista urma de FOCUSED INSIGHT . Doar folosind 1% din materia cenusie pe care o ai ti-ai fi dat seama ca 30% de la unleash cu 30% de la focused insight nu tebuie sa se stakeze.

Daca tot aparent cica iti folosesti "materia cenusie" mai mult decat cel de deasupra poate iti si dai seama ca nu il foloseste in pvp/pve din cauza ca 30% increased heal pt 1 gcd nu se merita, pentru ca atunci cand ai tidal waves in alea 1.5 secunde dai al 2-lea greater healing wave.

Ex: dai 30k heal fara, cu focused insight dai 39k cu 0 haste si cu tidal waves faci asta in 1.75 + 1.5(GCD) = 3.25 sec, + inca un cast de greater healing de 30k => 69k heal in 3.25 + 1.75 = 5 secunde
Daca nu folosesti Focused Insight in 3.5 secunde dai 60k heal din ambele greater Healing wave, si pana la 5 secunde mai ai timp sa dai si un surge de 18k non crit asa ca ajungi in 5 secunde la vreo 80k heal non crit.

Stii vb aia nu ? "Prostul nu e prost destul, pana nu e si fudul !" ...il faci pe ala de pe mmochamp scelerat mintal dar la tine nu te uiti.
