Bug description: Stormstrike is so broken on freakz.Proc chance is completly broken.You can use stormstrike non stop ,like i used it 20 times in a row.I played 7.3.5 retail and there you can't use stormstrike more than 3,4 times in a row,but here you can use it 24/24.
A friend did a bug report before but you rejected it.

,this guy can't use 20 stormstrikes in 1 hour but on freakz you can use 20 stormstrikes in 20 sec,lol

i think the current aura is used from 7.0.3 where it used to have 101% proc chance, instead of the 7.3.0 one which has a 5% proc chance
