Bug description: I Get no Place to click to start the quest on the Scouting map

I've done Azshare, Val'Sharah, High Mountain and 7 Chapters of Suramar, but I just can't start this one... clicked everywhere and nothing...
Any help please?

Check your quest log you already completed that quest.
