Bug description: I cannot see the NPC to turn in the quest, tried relog, delete cache, even reinstalling Wow 7.3.5

Hello,

You need to have at least the first three chapters of the Stormheim storyline in order to see the NPC.

Thank you very much for the answers. I have all almost all the story lines in Stormheim missing Secrets of The Shieldmaidens (wich was done but never received completion). Dunno what to do. I will check all the quests from the storyline again maybe there is a side quest that i missed.
Will come back with informations.

So i did 7 out of 8 chapters and the npc is still not available. Dunno what to do more. If anyone has any indications please share. Thank you

Analizing the problem it seems Havi's test the pre quest before Blood and Goold cant be done, because once you arrive at Havi he disapears from his location after completing Ancient trials quest.

This is the quest that doesnt allow to complete Blood and Gold - at least this is what i understood i searche all troughout stormheim.
