Bug description: i initially took the quest, but i couldnt do anything from the things that quest is asking you, so i abandoned the quest and tried to retake it. But quest giver is not there. Tried relog, clearing cache, tp out of SW and in again, nothing worked.

Hello there,

The quest can be skipped and you can go in Stormwind and go to the Mage Quarter(Purple Zone). From there you can go and take the portal to Azsuna and fly to Dalaran and get your artifact and then proceed to level using Bonus Objectives. I will have to reject this topic due to the quest working as intended.
