Bug description: The Siphons are placed outside the tunnels, except for one, and the central siphon can not even be reached.
Proof:
After waiting there for like 2 hours, with more people, nobody could find it.

Quest worked completly fine for me. The only thing is the respawn timer. This should be fixed or siphons should be personal or something.
