| Quest worked completly fine for me. The only thing is the respawn timer. This should be fixed or siphons should be personal or something. |

| Can confirm. Happened to me in DHT. I have also noticed, that during this bug every mob was lootable only by one person from a group. Not sure if it's related to this bug. |

AOE skinning would be cool, but too op tho. Increasing loot from skinning would also be too op.

Bug description:
Increase skinning skill chance is broken. Skinning "orange" mobs isn't 100% chance for skill increase. It's more like 30%. Im not 100% sure, but i guess that star ... |
