[REJECTED] [Suramar] Network Security, Speak with Oculeth objective cannot be completed

Bug description:

Greetings,

The quest should go as in the video at this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKMym4lEafY, unfortunately though the option to speak with Chief Telemancer Oculeth does not appear after defeating his former apprentice in "The Drift" zone, instead the apprentice disappears as she should but Oculeth remains in a knealing position and eventhough the mouse cursor changes to that of dialogue when moved on Oculeth, upon clicking no dialogue option apears. I know that this quest has been completed by others before, including myself on an alternate character, i have also noticed that this bug was reported before but since it was in the wrong section and in Romanian it was rejected, all i can speculate is that this bug somehow occurs only to some players, not all. I believe that both I and others would be grateful to know that we haven't wasted many hours in leveling up a character just so we find out in the end that we cannot complete a part of the legion PVE content. I am also attaching a screenshot relaying the bug. I also need to mention that i have abandoned and retaken the quest 3 times already and every time i did, the same bug occured.

P.S. I should also mention that the NPC appears as shown in the second image link under the "Proof:" section, at Meredil but no interaction other than what is shown in the image is possible

I had the same problem! when I watched your screenshots I saw that you are a BM hunter too.
so because of that and the fact that I got desperate after multiple tries.. I changed my spec to Marksman and did the quest without my pet and it finally worked! so either its the BM spec or the pet. at least those were the only things I changed.

And what about rogue? I cant complete this quest, and Im looking so much ppl in game with this problem.

The biggest problem is when more people are in the quest. I completed it when it was quiete
