Bug description: Doesn't count released prisoners in the quest tab.
By the way, I wasn't getting any Nightfallen rep from Insurrection quests up until this point.

Hello,
I managed to complete this quest. What I did was first I opened 5 cages, till I got 5/5 Felsoul Cages objective. Then when I opened the cages again, the Nightfallen started coming out, which counted towards Citizens Released from Cages.

Hello, Thank you for responding. l managed to complete it too by clicking the same one that worked multiple times.
Regarding Nigtfallen reputation. Are we supposed to get rep from Insurrection quests if we are not exalted with Nightfallen?

I am not quite sure if you are supposed to receive reputation during these quests, but the reputation requirements for the quests should be removed in 7.3.5.
Regarding the topic, I will close it as the issue is solved.
