Bug description:

The portal is not interactable and doesn't work as intended, you are supposed to click the portal or get auto teleported back to Meredil when you get near it, but it doesn't do anything it's called "Telemancy Beacon" in the screenshot I provided as proof (First Screenshot) you can see the portal but the quest completes only after you run randomly across that place (Second Screenshot) then u get auto teleported to Meredil after not being Nightborne form and running across that space for no reason, this is the bug that confused a lot of players as seen in the first screenshot there were 5 people (including me) in that place (2 probably wondered off)
Coordinates are : (63.8 / 60.9) when player is teleported
And the actual portal is at (64.0 / 60.5)
I am sorry I cannot upload my screenshots on http://www.imgur.com or that I can't show a screenshot of the coordinates(as shown in Screenshot 3)... but the .gps command doesn't work in game.. so idk where else to use it :P next time be more precise to how to use .gps

Hope you fix the bug pls I stood at the bug place to help other ppl do it as well...

I confirm this. After running around the "portal" for a while, it auto-teleports back to the cave in meredil.

It worked for me after relog.

Hello,
I just did this quest and it worked fine. I killed the 8 guards then I went on to the telemancy beacon, and it automatically teleported me to Shal'Aran. I didn't even need to relog.
