[REJECTED] [Suramar]-can't get starting quest from Adventure Guide

Bug description: I'm level 110 and my ilevel is 850+ but still do not meet requirements for starting quest in Suramar via Adventure Guide

If you've done this quest previously - Magic Message - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=39986&&name=magic-message( http://www.wowhead.com/quest=39986/magic-message), you can no longer get quest - Khadgar's Discovery.
Same thing happened to me on my main, but i was able to continue Suramar storyline even without this quest.
In order to check if you've done quest - Magic Message, try writing this into your chat window: /run local questID = 39986; isComplete=IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(questID); if (isComplete == true) then print('Quest' , questID, 'is completed. ') else print('Quest' , questID, 'is NOT completed. Check again') end;
