[REJECTED] Suramar storyline

Bug description: I've completed the suramar story questline until blood and wine but for the next quest ''Statecraft'' I cannot find the quest anywhere, and Im exalted with the Nightfallen, so, I should be able to accept it. I tried to check with Thalysra and tried to check any pending quest within the city and nothing, I also looked up in wowhead if something was missing but as far as I know, I got everything right

I eventually advanced with the quest, I had everything in place, the only problem is that the quest itself wasnt showing up on my questlog and the NPC '' ! '' cannot be seen in the map. I had to give mana to Arluin and it wasnt tracing him as it should. Now, for some reason, I need to turn in the quest for the cache with the nightfallen, the '' ? '' mark to complete shows in both big and minimap but the NPC is missing, i hope its just a problem with the phase.
