[REJECTED] T20 4PC wrong values on tier bonus - Marksmanship Hunter

Bug description: The 4PC bonus on the T20 set for Marksmanship Hunter has wrong values. Currently, it says "Aimed Shot reduces the cast time of your next Aimed Shot by 8% and reduces its Focus cost by 8%." but those values are the ones after the last nerf the tier set bonus got, which was in 7.3.0. In before that, the bonus said the cast time and focus reduction of Aimed Shot were both at 15% with the nerf that came in 7.2.5.

We do not confirm anything based of WoWhead changelog only. You need to find better proof, more proof that indicates our value is incorrect because Simc states that this value (8%) is correct. And 1 more thing, August 22nd is before 7.3.0 hit the live servers, 7 days to be exact. So that image is not really helping out much. But I'll give you few days to find more proof before I reject this topic.

You are not following what I have said, I'm well aware of it being implemented as 15% but I want proof that it wasn't changed till the end. 13th June 2017 is 6 days after the release of 7.2.5. So try searching for something deeper into the patch, because like I said we stick with Simc info.
