Me and other raid members experienced exactly same problem. It appears to bug out when Illidan comes down after defeating Flames of Azzinoth.

It's funny because 2 days before that bug actualy appeared I actualy did whole Black Temple on PTR, and Illidan was working just fine.

For some reason it appeared right after some guy from guild <GM's and Donors>(or something like that, possibly GM or Developer) from PTR saw me in Dalaran with equipped Warglaive of Azzinoth. When I saw him inspecting me he shortly dissapeared.
I don't accuse anyone for anything, but I find it interesting coincidence. After all, we're having Black Temple closed for over a year after I saw it working on 4.0.6 long ago "because it's script is causing server lags".

I would really like to see opened BT with working Illidan there...
The fact that right after a (possible) GM saw equipped Warglaive, Illidan started crashing our clients, makes me thing that he doesn't really want us to have Warglaives...

I'm not sayin u're wrong or neither right but I'm just curious why would GMs want those swords to be unobtainalbe, I mean it's not like u can transmog into them anyway witch makes them pointles for anything but stareing at them in OG.

Depends from the point of view. I myself could have an use of them on my twink. Alot more people would love to showoff around with them or would get them simply for achievement purpose.

Not really sure... This case is quite confusing because durning 4.0.6 BT was working just fine on the begining and suddenly it got closed because "it was causing server to lag" and after several asking it was never looked into. It was closed for over a year. If all of that would be done only to boost donations, it would be pointless. Face it, how many players donated for warglaives in past year? A few.

Similar thing is with Corrupted Ashbringer. When new vote shop was released, this sword was there for 18 vote points and day after it dissapeared. Somehow this epic(purple colored) item landed in donation shop in "legendary weapons" section.

These are just mine conspiracy theories based on what I've seen. Still, every conspiracy theory has at least little bit of right and sense.

Black Temple has a lot of LOOONG cinematics scenes, that were cut out from this server and u just wait ..no text or video, and if u look closely you will see how your fps is droping, even if u dont see any scene or video or something.
Black temple is working, we've done it already, but from our raid only 6 members got wow crash / critical error, and the others were like ok. Without cinematics, BT is just a long, old fashioned raid. And NO, we did not got the warglaives.

Cum adica? Atacam, apar monstrii aia doi, ii omoram, il atacam iar pe Illidan, si crash... Niciun cinematic, si bossul din The Refectory, Shade of Akama, nu a putut fi atacat, nu stiu daca asta e bug, dar ni s-a intamplat. Oricati mobi omoram, bossul nu putea fi atacat...

Eu cand am facut ilidan n-am luat niciun fel de crash si am respectat scriptul btw, Maiev era Unknown xD ( nu era pe ptr )

Am luat crash dupa ce isi ia sabiile inapoi (le arunca si summoneaza 2 elementali si dupa ii apar iar in maini, dupa 2-5 secunde cand ii revin sabiile in maini am luat crash).

Exact cum scrie mai sus: daca respectati scripul nu luati crash; mai exact, lasati-o mai moale cu dps-ul si nu treceti prin faze in 10 secunde, ci mai domol (daca intelegeti la ce ma refer).

Am facut raid de 25 in 5 oameni si tot am luat crash. Si nu poti spune ca in 5 oameni am trecut prin faze in 10 secunde... Orice am fi, eram doar 5, deci DPS-ul nu putea fi extrem de mare.

Nu prea cred dps ul e problema si eu am luat crash si aveam doar 2 dps (incluzand tankul) care nu au depasit dpsul unui raid de 25 men tbc.
