Bug description: I've progressed in Suramar's questline alot, unlocked almost all the portals in Shal'Aran, and pending 1 quest to be able to finish Suramar Loremaster ach. What happened is that all the Nightfallen NPCs disappeared from Shal'Aran, and possibly other spots too ( I know about Evermoon Terrace, not sure where else to look ) . Now I'm unable to turn the emissary quests to First Arcanist Thalyssra because she's not there, also unable to turn the last quest to finish Suramar's quest line and progress in the flying achievement because of this as well ( the pending quest is Last Stand of the Moon Guard, which I made a topic to report this but I got no answers on it, and I realised the issue is more than a bugged quest . I'd appreciate if this could be looked into, as I'm stuck with my achievement and unable to finish my emissary quest .

Hello Axefire,

I can't see any problem with what you're describing,

You are currently on the Insurrection questline in Suramar - during a large portion this questline, the Shal'Aran NPCs are located in Suramar City due to phasing. This is working as intended, it's like this on official WoW servers as well.

"Moon Guard Stronghold" is a side chapter in Suramar, not part of the main Suramar campaign. You could have done this before, and you will still be able to do it after you've completed Insurrection.

I'll reject this bug report, as there's no bug, everything is working as intended.
