Bug description: Neptulon casts some sort of spell on players and NPCs too in almost the whole instance. It disappeares when he dies, or we kill Ozumat.

It is hard to see anything, but it is connected to Neptulon. It also vanishes when we're about to approach Lady Nazjar, but comes back on the way back.

OT: what ? i cant even get to that instance ! it should suck you straight down.. but i have some weird npc blocking the way.. and even if i try cheating my way down.. it doesnt work :/

I have no idea how to get there on foot, I was there with dungeon finder

To reach that dungeon, take the portal to Vashj'ir and there's a teleporter to the entrance of the dungeon.
