[REJECTED] Ticket system and User interface

Bug description:

First thing: When you make a ticket, a window was appearing into the top right corner next to the minimap saying that your ticket is in queue and will be viewed soon. Does that thing got removed / moved since some expansion or its missing here? Or maybe its one little letter which appears on the Support tab on the menu?

Second thing: The window I talk about appears when a GM reply on your ticket. When you click it another window appears in the center of your screen like a huge plain letter and there you can see the text he wrote you back. When you try to reply, nothing happens and you're getting the answer as a letter into your inventory ( Image of letter in iventory ). Forgot to make screenshots of the other stuff...

Third thing: If you decide to correct your ticket you actually cant -> The text is completely invisible. As you can see from 1000 characters only 576 left. Invisible text image
Quick update: Missed to read above where it says that you cant edit your tickets after you make them? What?
