WoW Freakz link: All Work Orders for the Tortolans

Bug description: Every work order quest for the tortolan faction do NOT count for the 3 emissary quests. The only quests that count towards it are the Shell Game and the Beachhead. I've reported this before and got rejected due to lack of proves. Well here I got them this time.

Hello, Souirkan.

Work Orders for Tortollan do not count towards the Emissary, as that's how Blizzard intended it. So there's nothing wrong here.
