i was in ulduar 10 few days ago and flame leviathan was "evading" all hits. neither vehicles neiiher spells couldnt hit him normaly. so is it something buggy ? or just i was doing something wrong ?

It's very difficult because he will cause a raid-wide disconnect at low HP, with a high chance of resetting him.

@paladinfreakz you need to kill that 4 towers that i mentioned above, do that with Ram ability from demolisiers/siege engine.. after you destroy that 4 towers go at flame leviathan (you have a platform in right were you recharge with Pirite and repair your vehicle ) use Hurl Pyrite Barrel to do huge dmg on leviathan you need also to kill it before shutdown because you will take disconect (thats a bug )....

Same thing happens on 25-man mode. When the crash occurs, after you relog he resets and there are 50/50 chances for him to Evade hits from vehicles (which means over for the raid, because if you try to reset the boss isn't there anymore, and when he does reset after some time, the doors are closed).
Another bug is the fact that after aprox. 3 hours the doors for Flame Leviathan close and the script can't be restarted, so another try at this encounter is blocked (considering the fact that also Flame Leviathan resets, we can't try again for the 50% chance of it not getting stuck).

well yesterday i was in ulduar so we managed to kill flame leviathan.Actualy its quite simmple : no need to kill towers or etc. if youre killing it without vehicles then you need only one vehicle to be tanking(without it , he gets evade bug). but still there not much to do after.(in achiewmnets situation) : all 4 keepers are not scripted. doesnt have all of their abilitys.the staff made algalon in enemy but now its double algalon (yeah he someehow clones in proces of his speech) also it has no loot neither the title is working.

no ability to engage mimiron encounter made my laugh when he didnt steped in his vehicles and started to fight with 1.7 mln.Thorim event is bugged still.and ofc yogg saron is friendly - (lol i saw that some Gm killed it in 10 player mode by getting achiemwnet one (lol thats not fair we want it too) ;DD

Yeah, in 10-man mode 1 vehicle is sufficient to kill Flame Leviathan, but not in 25-man (too much hp); plus, with the pyrite explosives the demolishers have it's much better to do it by the book.
Keep in mind that this post is dedicated to the Flame Leviathan encounter only; but... still... I lol'ed at the friendly Yogg-Saron killed by GM part -

l.e.: there is, at least confirmed, 1 working achievement for Flame Leviathan: Shutout! - kill Flame Leviathan without any player using the "throw passenger" ability from the Siege Demolishers (ability nr. 6 if I am not mistaken).

im guessing if players would manage to create a decent topic about a flame leviathan by whats working whats not (properly : damage,achiewments,towers and all what is related with itts encounter) maybe it would be fixxed ? (if yes then it would be a need to report other bosses) to do it just like at least 80% blizzlike. but again i doubt that someone would stick with ulduar sitation..yeah it is known that not cata content its not a priority but giving for players some older content would at least atract more attention. (realm first, legendary mace (yeah the mace could be gained without woting sicne its costs is very low) and achiewments, titles, proto drakes from achiewmensts).iin my opinion this would be great news - but again its not gonna happen because we gonna wait more few months at least for one dragon soul boss... ;S

Engaging and defeating Flame Leviathan no longer gives any wow.exe crash.
Use vehicles for this encounter (have your tank in a siege engine take the boss when the doors open), because if all your vehicles are destroyed, then Flame Leviathan will evade all your hits (siege engines should be enough, but have demolishers there too, just in case your engines are about to be destroyed, you can hop into those demolishers and "evade the evade" :p ).
Most important, do not speak to Lord Keeper of Norgannon at the Ulduar entrance, because you will activate Hard mode for Flame Leviathan (the 4 buffs you mentioned in your first post); I am telling you this, because Hard mode can't be done, due to the fact that the vehicles aren't working properly.

True, but my point was to place the tank and the "lowest dps" in raid in vehicles, because, due to the issue with those vehicles, much of the DPS will be done from the remaining players outside (which will have to defeat Flame Leviathan before all the vehicles are destroyed).

True but having 2 "dps" in demolishers to spam the 10x Pyrite stacks then leave and BL + full burst with the others would help a lil more -
1. Siege tank + 2x Demolishers
2. Towers
3. @#@*#&$
4. Profit!
