Bug description: I reported this annoying bug and it got rejected but again its a bug and please,it needs to be fixed for sake of all us WW monks... Its the lightning bug that appears on ww monks all the time with annoying sound

It's not a bug, it's cause of the artifact.

That should be removed. Its not the artifact. Check retail and then talk

Do you have any additionnal info about this ? I'm unable to reproduce the issue at the moment, what kid of enchantement do you have, what appearence or transmog has been chosen ?

The report itself brings nothing but a video, there's so little information to work with and this is why you first post has been rejected.
