Bug description: When the Fire and Brimstone versions of conflag,immolate and incinirate are used, they should deal less damage that their single target counterparts, instead they deal the full damage, resulting in a HUGE dps increase
Proof: -

With 35945 sp and 103.48% mastery (so 35*2.0348 = 71.21% damage multiplier of F&B)

Conflagrate = 86575 damage
Conflagrate (F&B) = 61419 damage

Theorical Conflagrate (F&B) = 86575*0.7121 = 61650 damage


Where is this "bug"?

Well i don't have any mastery, i have my heirloom staff equipped, and the fire and brim abilities deal EXACTLY the same amount of damage as the single target counterparts, my normal incinerate deals around 1300 damage at my current level, and the fire and brimstone counterparts deal around 1300 damage aswell, i dont know if this is a personal bug, but the dps is way to big with 0 mastery, with 0 mastery (while i dont remember clearly) fire and brim spells should deal about 35% of the normal value

At level 90, it works exactly as the tooltip says, maybe this is a low level bug, because you do not have mastery learned yet.
