Bug description: Cannot complete [Blaze of Glory] quest in Warlords of Draenor. Item does not appear in my inventory, but Extra action button appeared once and allowed me to complete 3/8 objectives, but did not show up after that. Attempted various viable locations with no luck. Cannot turn in the other 2 quests to Khadgar, as he does not appear.

Please try to abandon the quest and then pick it up again. It should work as intended, the extra button appears as soon as you get close to the huts.

As an addition to what Lerona said above, try to disable any Action Bar AddOns (I saw you have Bartender enabled) for this quest. While I'm not aware of any reports for this particular quest, there are a few other quests involving extra action buttons which fail to work with some Action Bar AddOns, such as ElvUI.
