Bug description: [Opportunity Strikes] Is not working at all as it shold. Description of spel_:Your melee abilities have up to a 60 % chance, based on target's missing health to trigger and extra attack that deals 125.319 physical damage and generates 5 rage. Have in mind that 60 % is alot. it dosent proc at all from 12 hits of mele atack and others spels i used. Wach the video.

Opportunity strikes work just fine. You are attacking a dummy that's at full hp. Melee attacks do not proc it which is correct.
