Bug description:I cannot use the spell nor change it in talent book , if i try to cast it my weapon unsheats but nothing happens

Hello,

I will be rejecting this report, as it isn't really bugged, it's a temporary issue induced by invalid cooldowns.

Please open a ticket ingame when you're online (Esc -> Help -> Submit a ticket) and ask our Game Master team to reset your cooldowns, that will solve this issue.

Leave a link to this topic in your ticket so they can see that you've been instructed to open it by a higher up.
