Bug description: Pulse of Battle doesn't generate rage properly. Tried with some generic 2hand swords (so no artifact traits) and battlecry + raging blow generated 12 rage, then with artifact battlecry + raging blow generated 13 rage.

What do u mean?They generate too much or not at all?In the pics u posted i can see u have enrage up,which means u autoattack faster,maybe u didnt take into account the autoattack,which are 2 for fury,the main hand which which will give u 3-4 then the off hand which will give u 6-7.The way i see it,u had the rb which gives 5+ the pulse of battle which gives another 4+ the main hand autoattack which gives 3-4 which gave u the exact number,12 or 13 as it should be.The main hand gives u rage abit earlier than offhand,u can track that with an autoattack weakaura.

I did try to take autoattacks into consideration, but apparently messed up when I posted this. I tried it without enrage, and stripped naked for 0% haste, and you are right it works just fine.

Can remove the bug report, I was wrong

Trait works as intended.You get 5 rage from RB and 4 for MH Wep CRIT and another 4 for OH Wep CRIT so that's 13 rage.
