Bug description: Neltharion's Fury does not block any attacks.
Proof: I could not record a video but here are some screenshots, notice the damage I receive in top-left corner.

Sorry for confirming this, I confirmed without knowing. Block and critical block are 2 separate things. Please look at this video and you will sre that he still takes melee damage.
