Bug description: Water mounts are too slow while in water, its movement speed should be around 400%, but it's almost the same as ground mounts speed, this problem happens in pve and pvp.

Hello,
"Their normal speed is 160% swim speed or 60% faster than regular swimming." - Source

They used to be faster but they seem to be nerfed.
