[REJECTED] World rare elite does not spawn or appear

Bug description: There is a world rare elite that doesnt spawn or appear, and ive been waiting for 2 hours. its part of the Overseer trifecta, Y'Sorna, Y'Morna, and Y'Beda. Y'Beda doesnt spawn or appear and is needed to kill for the achievement (commander of Argus) its an achievement to kill all rare elits in argus and ive been grinding it for the past few days and its frustrating it cannot be completed because of one mob that doesnt spawn.

Sidenote: The picture doesnt do justice but according to wow head the spawn should be right here, ill also put the link to the database im referring to ive waited for 2 hours so it couldnt have missed it. I also went to the area in the wow freakz database and shes not there.

Can confirm something is not right with Y'beda

I can see it on my mage

but can't see it on my paladin
