Bug description: In the quest the player should talk to Overlord Drakuru and begin an event to slay him. The interaction button with the NPC is not doing anything and the event can not be started so the quest can be completed.

I just came across this quest and couldn't complete it as well. Talking to Overlord inside Voltarus doesn't do anything. I can't loot skulls on top of Voltarus before nor after killing Overlord. Blightblood Troll (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=28931&&name=blightblood-troll) are spawned as i can target them... but they're either invisible or they are phased out because you can't use Scepter of Domination ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=39664&&name=scepter-of-domination ) on them. I've spent good amount of time trying to find a workaround for this quest... but I couldn't find any.

Hello,

This is what worked for me:
1. Get out of the disguise
2. Fly on top of the Voltarus
3. Overlord Dakuru is standing there (he is hostile, as you are not wearing the disguise), but do not attack him!
4. See Dakuru's skull on the floor, loot it - quest completed!
