Bug description:artifact weapon on site cant be recovered
Proof: hello. about 1 week ago i lost my marksmanship artifact weapon. so i checked website but i could not recover it.
the problem isn't recovering item . the problem is there are 2 artifact weapon on website . long ago (about 2 year ago) i lost my marksmanship artifact weapon and i sent topic on forum i got another marksmanship weapon . so i got a new mm weapon .
after this new option (recover missing items) had implanted in website i saw there is an mm artifact weapon (which it was the one i lost 2 year ago).
and when i lost my 2nd mm artifact weapon i check site to recover it but i couldn't do it .
there was 2 artifact weapon (the old one i lost 2 year ago and the one i lost recently)
i send some tickets on forum (recover items part ) and some tickets to gms .
gms told me to send a bug report ticket here .
all i want to say is : please check this screen shot out and click the link blow so you can see it your self

the error says :You already have too many items of this type . but i don't have any right now on my character.
its kinda a bug or it is a bug im not sure .

because i could not recover item and maybe its an issue that maybe some one else have same problem.

(just an extra information : my main backpack was empty )

(its not my choice to make its just an option might help if this problem is not a bug : if u can please delete the old artifact weapon so i can recover the other mm artifact weapon . or if this is not possible . delete both of them and send me an new one . but surely you know much better than me what to do . i just want to help sorry if it made you angry)
