Bug description: watch slowly pls at time 2:20 this dude reach 10 stacks of gathering storm after that remorless winter will be refreshed befor cd... on freaks this never happens...Then you will find out that every additional stack/proglonging of RW increases its damage by 10% up to 10 Stacks (100%).
