[REJECTED] emissary quests not accumulating

Bug description: i leave the game for a day or more and when i log back in ive no accumulated emmissary world quests awaiting

this is not a new problem i just never reported it. this issue has been going on for at least 2 weeks. prior to that i had one day i logged on and had 3 waiting and the next day got another nothing since. prior to that there was another dry spell where again i never accumulated any emissary quests probably for just as long.
it would be nice to have access to these rewards as per regular just like everyone else.

in short ive been left without for almost a month of playtime. i have tried deleting my cache on several occasions as well as WTF folder and frame xml. deleteing cache seems to have no effect on its own neither the wtf but when i delete frame xml it freezes/crashes when i load the game the first time.

problem seems to be corrected. 4 consecutive days with quests.
