| i had thought this problem fixed but its happening again: emissary quests are not accumulating. ive been off for 3 days now and i have none waiting for me to complete. |

just did this quest with 3 other people who had it no one got the key.

its says nothing of that in the link just: raises item lvl by 5 to max 865. must be soulbound. lame.

| i have tried deleting my cache on several occasions have deleted frame xml folder from addons and WTF |

Bug description: doesnt work, its a kinda handy way to raise your i lvl and use up excess mats at the same time. especially considering people want ridiculous high i lvls for anything above m2

tailor quests to obtain heart of the storm. i waited almost 4 hours just to finally get into the dungeon only to be robbed at the end when the boss didnt drop the item!!!
