Descrierea bugului / Bug description: the Questgiver asks for some fish near a falls area by stormwind, i went there and sat there fishing and noticed not a single quest item dropped there while fishing, had someone else verify it that it seems the item does not drop in the area

Kill the nearby bandits they will drop the quest item. And also use the server database when u look for such things so u can understand where to look for the items.

You have to kill these mobs https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=116&&name=bandit to get your q items for this quest, it's rather strange but someone told me this too and it worked

Quest working , move to fixed maybe?
