Bug description: This spell is not affected by mastery while it should

as you can see i do same damage with murder of crows with 78% mastery as i do with 81% mastery

I used A murder of crows and then equipped the ring, the damage scaled up.

No bug here.

There is 4% mastery diffrence in my 2 pics and THe exact same damage done, let @Quicksand take a look at it himself,

Yes, but you've exchanged that 4% mastery for 3% versatility. So that's why you have the same damage.

Exactly what tudor said. You lost mastery, but you gained versa, so you end up doing the same damage. Look at these screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/53IAI

You'll see that I changed my mastery without changing any other stat, and I did more damage with MoC
