Bug description: 4 set MM hunter is not working right at this patch. As we can see at first link wowhead at patch 7.2.5 4set for mm should have 15% redcuse cast time and focus cust by 15% not 8%. 8% reduce was at 7.3.5 patch not 7.2.5.

Like I already said.
It was changed during a hotfix. From 15% to 8%.
