10% of base mana Melee Range Instant 10 sec cooldown
Interrupts spellcasting and prevents any spell in that school from being cast for 4 sec.

nu inteleg ce debuf ai incercuit la pala.

Urmand aceasta afirmatie si reducand-o la absurd, daca dai Silence pe un Warrior, el nu mai poate folosi Pummel (wowhead link) sau Shield Bash (wowhead link), amandoua din physical school.

Rebuke e ca Pumnel la warrior, adica cand ala casteaza, tu ii trantesti o lovitura peste maini si ii rupi degetele pt cateva sec.
