Character name: Sandel Fin
Bug description: Can't interact with Sandel Fin NPC. The first NPC, Nelu Darkclaw, worked fine. I also tried restarting the quest, but nothing changed.

Just copied some old ticket, but quest still not wotking, or is there some special way to finish this quest
