warrior pvp talent called https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=198500&&name=death-sentence is working insane, but it doesnt apply CHARGE'S SLOW, once i charge to target with normal charge, slow applies, but when i charge with death sentence, it doesnt applies, not even sure if this should apply slow but i hope it should.

Dude u missunderstood the meaning of "charge" , its the movement not the ability Charge .
