[REJECTED] world quest rewards-follow up

I posted earlier that the world quests are not delivering the proper rewards, but my post was rejected. Maybe I did not make myself clear enough.
I know that completing 4 emissary quests for a faction is supposed to grant a bonus reward. I have done this already 3-4 times, but have not received the bonus rewards, even though it shows 4 checks for completed quests for the appropriate faction.
I have mentioned this issue in world chat and other players have confirmed that they have the same problem.

After you got 4 checks you need to talk to an NPC that is the "Emissary Quest Giver" and you take the reward... is not automatic... Did you talk to the appropriate NPC?
